5.5 oz of beef or 8 oz of chicken and add your own seasonings. Cumin, coriander, Pink Himalayan Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic or garlic powder. Feel free to add in some chili seasoning for a little kick. Taco shell (organic corn or lettuce shells), should be around 50 calories. 60 at the most. Cut up your veggies. Tomatoes, lettuce, green onion, cilantro. Add your toppings of fat. Guacamole with about half an avocado. 1/4 cup yogurt as sour cream, and 1 oz organic cheese. Any of these is one fat serving. Salsa…no sugar or salt added and of course organic., of course!
