1 Joseph’s Lavish Bread cut in half
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
chopped tomatoes, green onions, peppers
You may add chicken or beef. Remember your full servings will not fit in this quesadilla so you need to make sure that you get the rest of your protein serving somewhere else.
Heat pan with a bit of coconut oil. Place one half of Lavish bread on heated pan. Put veggies, cheese, and anything else on bread.
Place other piece of Lavish bread on top. When it heats, it should melt the cheese a bit. Use large spatula to flip when bottom side is lightly brown. Cook other side until lightly brown(the cheese should be melted)
