Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 6 fresh dates pitted chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. Serve Immediately.
