Apple Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk , plus more to thin if desired
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 fair pinch fine sea salt or table salt
  • 1 – 3 tsp honey or maple syrup , to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped crisp , sweet apples
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans , for topping

Instructions

  1. Add oats, almond milk, yogurt, salt and honey or maple syrup to a 16 oz. jar or bowl. Add mix-ins listed for desired flavor (don’t add toppings until the next day). Stir then cover and refrigerate overnight. Thin with more almond milk if desired, add toppings if listed.
