As you know, we at Aim To Be Well have been wanting a name for our “Little Orange Dude”. We have had some really great names come through our page. There were a few that really caught my attention but the one that stuck out the most was…..Amos Wellbe. I was going to take a vote with our favorite names but then I decided to ask the people that knew him best. It was unanimous. Everyone completely agreed that Amos was his birth name.

After looking up the meaning of the Amos, it made even more sense. Amos is a Hebrew name that means Strong, Brave and Carried. Some say that the name means “Born of God”. I look back at why I started Aim To Be Well… it was(and is) a quest to help people find their strength, to be learn to live bold, to realize that they can have faith that things will always work out for the best and to help people realize that we all have a purpose that God gave us. It is not to be unhealthy, sad or live in pain but to be an Amos.

Ironically, much of my inspiration came from when I spent time in Israel, a Hebrew speaking country.
