Heat your milk(coconut, almond, cashew, free range cow) on the stove at low. Whisk in Cacao or cocoa. The more, the darker the taste. Both are very good for you in antioxidants but Cacao has more and more minerals. Sweeten it with Stevia(which has the lowest effect on your blood sugar.) Or use maple syrup or honey(tablespoon only). Maybe do a half tablespoon and add stevia as the stevia gives is a sweeter flavor with less but you still get the yumminess of maple or honey. Last but not least is all your add in. Vanilla extract? Cinnamon? Nutmeg? Maybe some hazelnut extract? Up to you!
