Veggie Frittata Muffins
In large mixing bowl, whisk 12 eggs
Poor even amount into each muffin cup
Add 1/4 of chopped broccoli to each muffin(total of 1.5 cups)
Add chopped cherry tomatoes and spinach to each one.
Basically any veggies desired on the list.
Top with 2 table spoons of all natural cheese. (1 fat)
Back for 15 minutes at 375.
