Smoked Salmon & Goat Cheese Flagel
Ingredients
- ½ sesame flagel or bagel, toasted, if desired
- 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
- 1½ ounces sliced smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons microgreens
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
Directions
- Spread flagel (or bagel) with goat cheese. Top with smoked salmon, microgreens, onion and dill.
