Taco Chicken
- 1.5lbs of chicken cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp onion flakes
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 6 tbsp cumin
- 1-2 tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- crushed red pepper (how much is up to you)
Mix in bowl and once mixed add 2 tbsp to the chicken with a drizzle of sunflower oil. Oil the pan and throw in the chicken. Cook until brown on both sides and chicken is no longer pink.
